The Fornata electric deck oven is perfect for bakeries with wide product range made in smaller volumes. Or simply in places where there is no gas flow.
It comes either in smaller version with 4 decks or you can choose the giant with 7 decks. It is the ideal solution for shops or growing bakeries.
