Description

Characteristics

VENUS LINE is the combination of a VENUS volumetric divider for fermented dough and a tray loading system.

Once you have finished kneading and the dough has been placed in the hopper, everything is automatic: weighing, flour dusting, folding, and loading the dough pieces into trays are all automated.

It can be combined with the Paneotrad ® process for easier tray loading and increased productivity.
